RETURN/EXCHANGE

We stand by all of our products, so if you are not happy with your order, simply contact us within 14 days to arrange a return of item and a refund. If you change your mind, customer will pay for return postage. Items that have been personalized and therefor cannot be resold, will only be refunded if the item has been damaged.

If any of your items arrive damaged, we will exchange or refund your purchase price. Simply send us photos of the damage (product and packaging) to arrange.
