Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are listed below. Please keep in mind we are not a large operation. While we try our best to complete your order in a timely fashion, we take quality very seriously.

Ready to ship in 7-10 days

SHELVES AND LARGER DECOR/MULTIPLE ORDERS

Ready to ship in 2-3 weeks

TABLES AND FURNITURE

Typically these items are ready in about 4 weeks. Once you inquire we can give you a better estimate based on what you’re looking for and current workload.

Color Options

Below are the current color options. If there is something you’re trying to match that you don’t see here, let us know and we will try our best to get it for you. There is a $15 fee for custom colors. You may request samples for free, just pay shipping.

Wood is full of unique characteristics. Due to the different variations in the wood, color may vary slightly from what you’re seeing here. Colors are shown on pine. Hardwoods such as oak and maple will differ. You may request samples for free, just pay shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is only available within the US. Rates vary, see product listing for more details.

Returns/Exchanges

We stand by all of our products, so if you are not happy with your order simply contact us within 14 days to arrange a return of item and a refund. If you change your mind, customer will pay for return postage. Items that have been personalized and therefore cannot be resold, will only be refunded if the item has been damaged.

If any of your items arrive damaged, we will exchange or refund your purchase price. Simply send us photos of the damage (product and packaging) to arrange.

Custom Wood Signs

There is a $15 design fee for custom signs. A digital sample will be sent to you for approval.

Interior Design/Home Renovations

While all estimates are free, there is a $75 design fee for wainscoting. Once we have the measurements of your walls, we will send you a layout for approval based on your requests. This $75 payment will be deducted from your balance if we are commissioned for the work.
